Step:3Now Change The Settings As i Do In The Pics

Now Right Click Anywhere On The Screen And Select New And Then Integer

Now You Have To Add The Name As "nglayout.initialpaint.delay"

And Set It Value To Zero, This Is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on the information it receives.
