If it Show You Missing .dll File then you can download that dll file from – www.dll-files.com  Then copy that file in the game (Optional : To ensure you will not get the same error for all games just copy and paste that file in Local Disk C/Windows/System 32), restart your system and open the game, the game may open ,but most probably it will show you 0xooooo7b error then use this method
