[SOLVED] Unfortunately your computer does not support webgl graphics acceleration; Google Earth cannot be loaded

WebGL (Web Graphics Library) is a JavaScript API for rendering 3D graphics within any compatible web browser without the use of plug-ins. WebGL is integrated completely into all the web standards of the browser allowing GPU accelerated usage of physics and image processing and effects as part of the web page canvas. WebGL elements can be mixed with other HTML elements and composited with other parts of the page or page background. WebGL programs consist of control code is written in JavaScript and shader code that is written in OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL), a language similar to C or C++, and is executed on a computer's graphics processing unit (GPU).

All we need to do is turn on WebGl in chrome. this solves the Issue



 How To Enable WebGL on Chrome Easily 

1)   Open Google Chrome Browser
2)   (Optional) Open https://earth.google.com/web/   and see if its working or not 
3)   If google earth doesn’t load, then follow the process. Google earth is the most common website that requires WebGL Acceleration. So we are using it as a test subject.

4)   Go to Settings --> Show Advanced Settings…



5)   Scroll down and go to “System” then check or tick mark the “Use Hardware Acceleration when Available




6)   Now type “chrome://gpu” in the address bar, you may notice that WebGL and webgl2 are unavailable. Actually, they are available but not turned on, we are going to start it



7)   Now Type “Chrome://flags” in address bar






8)   “Enable” the first one, Override Software Rendering List


9)   Click “Ctrl+F” (search) and type “WebGL”


10)        Now enable “WebGL Draft Extension



11)        Go for the 2nd one “WebGL 2.0à Enable it


12)        Now Click on “Relaunch Now”



13)        Open “chrome://gpu” to check whether WebGL is enabled or not.






14)        That’s it, now open https://earth.google.com/web/   






That’s how simple it is, enjoy searching maps 😃. This may not be only for google earth. WebGL is used for lot of other websites as well.

webjl and webjl 2.0 are enabled but google earth still don't work :(

Now enable “WebGL Draft Extension” - done

but

The WebGL 2.0 did not show up, so I continued with it and was able to open Google Earth! Thank you for the hack :)
